Here is few suggestion on all the things to bring when you are coming for the lesson.

Planning your first ski lesson, or just curious about how it all works? We’ve answered some of the most common questions from our guests to help you feel fully prepared and confident before you hit the slopes. Still wondering about something? Don’t hesitate to get in touch! We’re happy to help.
During peak periods—such as Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year—we book out very quickly, often well before the season even begins.
For other times of the season, we generally have more availability, but we still recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and lesson times. Planning ahead ensures the best experience for you and your group.
The lesson price covers the ski lesson only. Lift tickets and equipment rental are not included and must be arranged separately.
However, we’re happy to assist you by recommending the most suitable lift pass and equipment options based on your needs, experience level, and itinerary.
A 20% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation to secure your lesson. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your lesson start date.
Please note: Your booking will not be held if the deposit is not received within 24 hours of confirmation.
Our lesson fees are charged per instructor, with a maximum of four participants per lesson. This allows us to maintain high-quality, personalized instruction for every guest.
If you have a larger group, please contact us directly—we’re happy to discuss the best solution for your needs. In some cases, groups of more than four may be accommodated, but additional charges may apply.
No, our lessons are discipline-specific. This means ski and snowboard lessons are conducted separately to ensure focused instruction tailored to each sport. If your group includes both skiers and snowboarders, you’ll need to book separate lessons for each discipline.
It’s important to note that your ski instructor will focus primarily on the least experienced or youngest participant in the group to ensure safety and effective learning.
To maintain a productive and safe environment, we require that participants be within two ability levels of each other. For example, levels 2 and 3 may join the same lesson, but levels 3 and 5 would need separate ski lesson. Which level am I?
We offer ski lessons for children aged 3 years and older. Our ski instructors are experienced in teaching young learners and focus on creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment to help them enjoy their time on the snow.
We teach all levels of skiing—from first timers to seasoned experts. Whether you're learning to make your first wedge turns, transitioning to parallel skiing, improving your line in the bumps, building confidence in the trees, or tackling steep backcountry terrain, our experienced ski instructors are here to guide you.
We’re passionate about helping skiers grow, and we tailor each lesson to your personal goals. The level we teach on any given day depends entirely on you—because your progress is what matters most.
Full-day private lessons include a lunch break of around one hour, which is counted as part of the lesson time.
Your instructor will usually be happy to join you for lunch and can recommend a great restaurant or café on the mountain or nearby. It’s a great time to relax, refuel, and chat about your progress or goals for the afternoon session.
Yes, all our ski instructors are fluent English speakers.
If you prefer another language, we can arrange that too—Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Slovenian, Czech, and more are available upon request. Just let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
